Just the Beginning.

Traditional Taste

This client had purchased a condo and came to us for guidance on rethinking the floor plan and layout. We took this project to the next level with an insane amount of detail: from adding dimension with a bump out effect in one of the walls to accenting the forest green paint in the powder room with gold leaf on the ceiling. The kitchen shines with all new white cabinets and soft green granite countertops. The brass hardware adds warmth. We opened up the space by taking out the breakfast room, remapping the HVAC in the process.
The his/hers master bathrooms were originally located in front and behind each other. Creating more space for both, the existing shower and jacuzzi tub were removed, and a closet was reconfigured into the layout. One of the showers features mosaic tile, while the other was laid with a handmade patterned white tile, accenting the new freestanding soaker tub.
The living room features all new weathered hardwood floors, and updated base trim to create a higher profile. The fireplace was totally revamped and arches with bookshelves were added, creating symmetry and anchoring the fireplace as the focal point. In the entryway, Carrara porcelain was laid to lighten up the dark green velvet walls, and complimented with panel and trim.
